Cheat Pokemon Platinum

Hi, I'm using Italian platinum pokemon rom. Trying the cheat quick exp gain and super exp gain of the built-in database I found that both do not work. I've also tried to insert cheats manually but it does not work. Can you help me?

Is enable cheats in options on?
