Cheats for getting Mudkip in black 2

I have selected Mudkip in the cheats the game has listed but when I hold the command (Press and hold select and L) nothing happens. The longest I've held it was 5 minutes and it never gave me Mudkip. If anyone has any solutions it will be appreciated

I think you are supposed to go into the grass and then you would find it.

You need to find it in the grass while pressing that buttons
