Black Lines in Pokémon

I've been using this amazingly crafted emulator for years and I have it purchased too. I recently got back to using it everyday for playing Pokémon and these lines keep breaking my immersion... They happen during 3D rendered intros, movements and a few other places. I have filters set to none and High-Resolution 3D Rendering set to on with frameskipping disabled. The games run at a perfect 100% and I might be nitpicking here but is there a way to get rid of them ?

I have attached an image with the problem being on the top and how gorgeous the emulator runs the games on the bottom.

Try disabling the High Resolution 3D Rendering option.
