App to Windows

Is there any way to transfer the app from Android phone and make it work on Windows PC without any emulators or stuff? I just bought the app and I don't wanna download it any shady websites.

You can only run DraStic in an Android emulator. I know Bluestacks and the one in Android Studio work. You can just sign in to either and redownload the app from Google Play.
