Do we have a new cheats guide since 2013?
As it says, do we have an updated cheats guide since the one made in 2013? Surely the program's been through a few iterations since then, is there a simpler phone-only way of adding cheats? I see the 'custom cheats' option indeed, but what I'm looking for is an explanation of the format of code entry, and/or how they can be translated from other code formats.

The cheat database wasn't developed by us, it was made/used in conjunction with AKAIO AK2i, you can see for instance here:

As far as the file format goes to be honest I don't exactly have a comprehensive understanding of it myself; DraStic can read the file but there are a lot of fields it ignores. I can try to document what I know but there is actually an editor for Android courtesy of xperia64 called jusrcheat:
