Secrets of Cape West Screen Prob!

I bought the app quite some time ago, played all my ds games through it. Cept for one game!

I've tried to play secrets of Cape west way back, and then I forget the reason why I couldn't play it, until today when I tried playing it again and realized what the issue was.

I attached the screenshot, the screen continuously flicks and the text that's suppose to be writing in the box is being written on the other screen.

Also, when I have make interactions such as touching the door to open it, I have to touch the 2nd screen, instead of the 1st with the doors, if you know what I mean. Like when the game starts, as im providing the screenshot of it, the start box is on the top screen, but i have to touch the centre of the bottom screen to select it.

So I don't really know what the issue is, I'm thinking it might be the rom. But I'm no expert so I'll ask the questions here. Anyone else experience this problem? Any solutions?
