I play Pokemon HeartGold,when I check Cheat Database there is no cheat.Is it normal because I play Beta Version

Hmm I'm using the Beta R2.5.0.0 Soulsilver instead of Heartgold and there're cheats found in the cheat DB.

You're using a modded version/hacked version of the ROM which results in cheats not showing up in Drastic's cheat DB which you'll have to add manually.

Even if I provide you with the cheat.db file you wouldn't be able to use it with the modded/hacked ROM of Pokemon Heartgold.

It's time for a Google search for a non-modded/hacked ROM which you'll find easily that works with Drastic's cheat DB.

I'm 100% sure the developers don't support hacked or modded ROM and if it was a clean ROM it will be included into the cheat DB.

I'm using Beta R2.5.0.0 as stated above but with Pokemon Soul Silver and the cheats are there.

I can't directly provide you with link for ROM due to reasons...So you'll have to Google a bit and obtain one that works.

What you can do is re-install Drastic back from the Google Play store since you paid for it. BUT MAKE SURE YOU BACK UP YOUR SAVES TO GOOGLE DRIVE FIRST.

Though TBH threads like this regarding cheats can be ignored because simply cheats are the culprits to corrupt save files since people apply cheats that are permanent and they make a post hoping the devs can recover their beyond repairs save file messed up with cheats.
