Anyone know how to do this?????? Keep getting sent to the Main Screen with the Msg saying to Disable the Dont Keep Activities in the Developer Settings..........uuummmm.........what if there ARE NO Developer Settings to get into to change it??????????????????????????????

Yeah, I thought about it and tried the DEVICE Developer Options. There are Apps that have Developer Options also. Should word it correctly. Like:
Please go to your Device Settings Menu, go to Developer Options and Disable the Dont Keep Activities Option if Enabled. If you have not Enabled Developer Options, go to About Tablet/Phone/Device in Settings, and Press/Touch: Build Number 7 times to Enable it.

So you solved your own issue...
BTW messing around with the developers settings on your phone/tablet isn't a good idea if you don't know what it does.
