looking for a random encounter code for pokemon platinum

I've been searching for a while now and I cannot find a random encounter code for platinum. When I say random encounter, I mean just the pokemon is random. No random moves, levels, or anything like that. Since a code like this didn't come with the game, I had to try and find a code to put in custom cheats. When I thought I found one, it didn't work. Is there a guaranteed random encounter code for platinum anywhere around here?

Look thing is with cheats is the region you use it with like USA, JPN, EUR...I'm not sure this is the case...

Take PPSSPP for example the cheats only work with the region the ISO is from like say Digimon World Re-Digitize(USA) or Digimon World Re-Digitize(JPN)

The cheats only work with the region it was made for...

You know check where the ROM is from like USA or EUR or JPN

Then look for cheats with the USA at the end of the game you're searching for which is Pokemon Platinum.

I can test the codes I found and report back to you soon.

So basically you're looking for the code that changes the wild Pokemon you encounter?

@Eric Bazinga the code wasn't removed by anyone because I didn't include a cheat code in my post, also I got my code from multiple sources to test.
