Frozen/Crash

Iwas part way through my pokemon platinum game and saved during a pokemon contest. Now everytime I get to a certain point it sort of freezes, sits there for a while, and then takes me to the drastic main menu/ home screen. I am using the r2.4.0.1a version (if that is a version). Its a very repeatable crash but I don't know how to send it or post it on here. Please please help!

Are you loading from a savestate, and if so can you try loading from an in-game save and see if it still happens?

And do you have any cheats active?

Yes its a save stat. Are the save stats and in game saves located in the same place? If they are I the second save is exactly the first and then the other two are from way back in the game despite repeated saving.

No I turned all the cheats off. If I try to go to the manage saved stats folder it will sometimes tell me its still saving (even though I didn't save anything) and it will crash and take me to the drastic main menu.

You could have broke the save state with cheats previously. Do you have an in-game save you can load from with cheats disabled?

Yes the one from way earlier works fine but I have done so much sense then.

I'm afraid the answer is probably no... cheats can break the game, especially if you have several on at the same time where they were probably never tested for this interaction. You shouldn't go too long without an in-game save when using cheats because of this.

I may have the same problem as well, i was playing dragon quest monster joker 1. The game works fine till I reach a certain point where it automatically crash to the drastic main menu. It usually happens when i do certain actions like puting the view on a specific point in this specific place. I have no cheats active;using in game save;already tried game shortcut;disabled multi 3D render; phone memory and ext storage have 1-2Gb free;RAM is having 500 free. My brother was using the old version and havent encountered this issue. I too had encountered it just on this current version. I also tried downloading the rom from a differwnt site as well as played the unzipped ones but still having the same problem on that same spot and forward.
