Meloetta for Pokemon Black 2

There is a cheat in Pokemon Black 2 that says "Trigger Genosect, Meloetta, and Keldeo without required conditions". How exactly does it do, and how does it work?

Im not sure how these cheats actually work or what they trigger because i havent personally tried them to look at what changes. I can tell u though that using Pokegen to get these works a treat
