Help Cheats

Hi everyone guys!
I hope I have posted this in the right section, sorry I'm a new member. I know there is already a topic about it, so I apologize, I have read it several times but I can't solve my problem. I can't add cheats on my drastic. I tried Cheat Code Editor and R4CC even after looking your topic/tutorials, always with the same result. I tried to modify and replace usercheat.dat but nothing changes. When I start Game on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S4) I click on cheats but there is nothing.
I'm trying to add cheats on Pokemon Platinum, italian version, I'm Italian. I'm trying to add cheats for the wild pokemon. I Have been trying for several days but I just can not. Does anyone can help me please? Thanks to anyone who can help me, and sorry for my english!
