Erased save. Corrupted file

So I'm stuck. I reset my game of Pokemon white 2 after saving I'm the fossil city pokecenter after beating the gym. When I went to reopen it later, it said the files were corrupted and would be erased. Anything I press then shows me only the option of new game. Also, my save state autosave says new game. Did I really just lose 20 hours of gameplay bc it randomly became corrupted? I need help. I play drastic on my Google pixel 5a and have not had issues before. I played all the way through pokemon white 1 with no issues
