Please help with drastic cheats.

So I use drastic to mainly play the Pokemon games, Pokemon white 2 and Pokemon diamond in particular. So I wanted to do a couple cheats like all TMs and mythical Pokemon, stuff like that nothing to major. However I have been searching all morning for a cheat code list for those two games and a proper "how to" so I can properly use the cheats and I just cannot find anything.
If anyone can help me with just some direct to the point help on this I would be so grateful. Also please note I cannot plug my phone into a computer to add anything into drastic or whatever. I need to be able to do everything right from my android phone. Please help and thank you so much for your time.
