Audio delay in games

Just recently bought the app. Tested pokemon white and soul silver. Both had around 1 second of audio delay using native speakers. I have audio latency setting on very high. Using an ASUS ROG Phone 5. Is there anything i can do to remove the delay?

Set it to low. Higher latency = longer delay.
