That is the conclusion I am coming to. It's got to be something with google play. I just hope it get resolved soon. I only got to use the app for a few hours before it went down. What a tease. Lol

I know the payment went through. I will wait a couple days before requesting a refund. Like I said I would rather have the app lol. Just in case it doesn't fix itself out is there an email I can send to to request it. Or just go through google play under DraStic developer page?

That's what I was afraid of. So question then. If this can't be resolved Do I need to go to google to request a refund or do I go through the developers email options through google.

Could it be something to do with google play and not the app?

I installed the beta and it gave the same issues. Won't pass the loading screen on app start up.

I did notice there was someone else who wrote a review on the app the same day mine started acting up. He was describing the exact same issues I'm having. Haven't been able to find anything else on it. I have literally been researching and browsing forums since yesterday morning.

I did a hard reset on my phone and even ran a diagnostics on my phone. Everything was connected and running smoothly. All accounts are connected and signed in. The app worked the first day I purchased it. When I woke up the next morning it was giving me these problems.

I uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I have tried clearing cache and even manually making sure all the old files were were deleted so when I reinstalled it would re-download the files with it. I don't know what else to do.
