Could someone explain to me what the output ratio in the dfx files means?

Hello, would it be possibile to increase the resolution beyond the curren hi res 3d setting?

Does anybody know if you have to modify the dsd file if you want to combine shaders? Aleso is there any way to relatively easily increase the AA quality?
