No, you can't. The quickest way to legally get trade-evolved Pokémon is to offer them up in the GTS, but there's no way to do that in DraStic. I'd suggest you use some save-editor like PkHex to manually evolve them.

These hacks are modded APKs being freely distributed, so there's nothing DraStic devs can do directly against them. You can warn people against using those apps, though.

A: Wifi emulation is very complex and not something we have plans to implement at the moment. Sorry, but the "wifi" button in the app is just there to let you know this, it doesn't mean we've started working on it ...
