Try adding these shaders to your shader folder under DraStic. I can replicate somewhat ( I think that is pokemon white 2 I only bought white 1) the distorted image by using the fxaa shader but as soon as I select none it goes back to no shader. I am curious how this shader will react on your device ...

I really don't like the blurry images it gives me, even if I set the filters to 'none' it's still blurry and it's a pain. I have tried some other methods like deleting the shaders (don't worry I placed it back from the files) and other alternatives.
