Then where can I get a decent rom?

Is the rom that I have corrupted or something?

My tablet is a Samsung galaxy tab 4. I downloaded the dsi enhanced U Friends rom. According to the site where I downloaded it, the size is 75 MB but I don't remember for sure.

I can't get the pokemon black 2 rom to work on my android tablet no matter what I do. I've tried setting the option of Auto-trim ROM to on, and I've tried extracting the nds file from the 7z file, and I can load the game, but all that I get is a blank white screen.
