Do you have the DraStic directory on your gdrive? It should be automatically created but that could be failing.
I do have a Drastic folder in GDrive, but I created it myself Sep 8, 2016 when I was trying to make this feature work.

You can add custom cheats by tapping the "Custom Cheats" button in the menu. This is already a feature

I have a suggestion as a feature within Drastic. The ability to stream to another device such as xbox one for example. The ability to view from a wifi connected device such as a television.

Go to [Menu->Edit Screens and Virtual Pad->(Whatever layout you are using)] then tap "Reset to Default".
If that doesn't work, tap a screen, then tap, "Open Tools". Then tap the "1x" button. it should resize your screen to something really small.
From there you can resize and move your screens ...

There is no reason that you should have downloaded a .php file. Search the thread again and download a .zip file.
