Yes, if I saw "checker" I would assume it was a spinning 3D graphic or something with the FPS showing. Maybe some background music. Not fully playable games with limitations.

Well not "Anything". Like I said it works great with the Sonic The Hedgehog Android games as well as some others.

What great about it is that it has a rechargable battery but if that dies it can also use AA batteries. It even comes with some. It also has a USB dongle to do bluetooth connection to PC.

I'm not sure what controller types are officially supported by Android, let alone DraStic. Personally I would love it if I could use the OnLive Universal Controller. I believe that is the DirectiInput type. I know it's not xinput because I have to use an xinput emulator to use it with PC games. It ...

I would say the Nvidia shield is the best phone to run drastic on. Now if we're talking of the more portable variety, the LG G2 wins that with the first phone to be running on the Snapdragon 800 high-end SOC and soon to be rivaled by the Galaxy Note 3 running the same processor.
