I have frameskip set to none, the other options don't seem to affect emulation.

How do I set the FPS?

The fps is at 105%. Though it seems much faster. I do not have fast forward enabled.

If you are on the DraStic home menu, then you go to change options>video. Here you will find various options for graphics quality and external display settings.
