I already download GTA Chinatown Wars in different web when I check there is no Cheat Database

Before I play Beta version my Pokemon HeartGold have Cheat Database.Beside my ROM not Modded

I play Pokemon HeartGold,when I check Cheat Database there is no cheat.Is it normal because I play Beta Version
