The ROM you downloaded is a bad patch.
I can't PM or directly give the link to ROM site...to you or I'm going to get a warning or possibly banned by the Site Admin.
Drastic doesn't support piracy and it was my fault for not picking that up.
Just get your ROM from somewhere else...sorry this is ...

Couple of weeks ago i came across DS emulator and tried the demo version and played pokemon white 2 . At first glance itself i liked the app very much and today ( 6/5/2016) i bought the app. When i tried to start white 2 a problem occured.
