Go browse your phone's internal storage, locate DraStic folder and delete the pokemon savefiles from 'backup' folder
Start DraStic, and load the last savestate. Save with in-game option. Restart.

Your save should be fine now.

Normally I recommend using in-game saves as primary saves and savestates as less committed temporary measures.. but I don't really know what happened here and I'd be nervous about savestates hurting you later.
