I'm really pleased with how well drastic has done so far. It is by far the best DS emulator for android. I paid for the app and was well pleased with the performance. He guys have you thought of adding GBA support to drastic. Maybe use the same gui but have it run a separate (emulator ) when selecting a GBA game .
