Switching from a clean to patched rom will fix the freeze issues.

Switching to a patched rom should fix the freezes.

This sounds like a rom issue, as I've yet to find any issues with running this game, and I've played all the way to the credits.

Are you guys using a clean rom, or a patched one? There have been a few releases of a patched version that fixes a lot of issues put into play by Nintendo to stop piracy ...

Are you able to switch pokemon out of battle?

Same problem here on Black 2. Anytime I try to exit the Select Pokemon screen it freezes up. Also randomly freezes when I interact with People/Signs.

Im still getting the graphical glitch and crash on Soul Silver as soon as you leave Kurt's house in Azalea Town after beating Team Rocket in the Slowpoke Well.
