i am trying to either find a way to download a Usercheat.dat file that has Pokemon Storm Silver cheats in it or add cheats to my usercheat.dat file but i have tried with no success will someone please help me i love this emulator i just wish i could have codes for storm silver.

I have been lookong to see if there is a usercheat.dat to download for pokemon storm silver (hack) I have the newest version of drastic I just bought it I think its amazing so far this is the only problem ive run into. Maybe I have a bad rom file? Im not sure someone please help.
