Trying to see drifloon to finish my sinnoh dex. I realize it must be friday for you to see him. It's friday today where I live but I still can't see drifloon

I was playing pokemon diamond and remembered you can only catch a pokemon (drifloon) on a friday. Today is friday but the pokemon isn't appearing. Does the emulator inclock timer thing synch with my phone?
