It's not there because I didn't think about putting it there :P Cortex-A7s were a lot less common in devices when I wrote that over a year ago. A decently clocked A7 can do okay with the emulator (for some definition of okay) Cortex-A5s will run it too but those choke a lot worse.

Patience my friend, someday we will get a 99%(not saying 100% because that would be an original 3DS) working 3DS emulator until then you just need to patiently wait. I mainly want it for inazuma eleven,castlevania and fire emblem so i could play them anywhere

Try unistalling the mod and see if it works or not. I am not getting any issues with drastic (latest version) in android 4.4.4 (i didnt downloaded any add on or mod) here also do tell what phone you're using.
