I'm having exactly the same problem. I managed to get my 2014 Galaxy Note 10.1 to upload once randomly to the Google Drive this morning, and the file is visible across all devices, but I can't get Drastic to see that it is there from my GS4, nor can I load a save state from the Drive on either ...
