I created the folder in my drive called Drastic cuz it wasn't getting created and then tried uploading the savestate and it doesn't show up plz help me figure this out

Ok so apparently my purchase for this app was cancelled yesterday so I bought it again today and I'm having uploading my savestates to Google drive and I need help to fix this I'm on a Samsung galaxy s3 running android os4.3 and my carrier is virgin mobile because im getting a replacement phone here ...
