The static will happen at either low or medium latency on phone speaker or bluetooth on my Galaxy S4.

Is there anything else (phone settings, ROM trimming, DraStic options, etc) that I can try to get better audio quality?

Or can the audio in the NDS file be edited in some way to help?

When I create a shortcut to a game, the icon has a big white box in the background (Radiant Historia).

After renaming to (game name).ico, I tried copying the following file to DraStic/icon-cache:

but it doesn't work...

I'm getting static noise when I play Radiant Historia especially when it's raining. Setting it to Very High latency helps... but is there anything else that I can do?

Desmume has "synchronous" audio mode which is perfect. Is there something similar for DraStic?

Desmume -> Drastic
Export backup memory as raw save format
go to http://www.shunyweb.info/convert.php
Source format: "Acekard 2 | CycloDS | EDGE | M3 Simply | NinjaDS | R4 | Supercard CF | Supercard One | Supercard S | Top TOy DS (.sav)"
Target format: "Acekard RPG ...
