I FOUND IT!! Somehow?
Before when I hit the down arrow button it just closed the round menu and opened the game again. I don't know why it suddenly worked to open the full menu, but now hitting the down arrow opens the full in-game menu.
If anyone has the same problem I did where the menu wasn't ...

I'm a cheater, always been a cheater, too late to stop now.
But I can't seem to figure out how to get the same menu all the YouTube videos have. I've googled and youtubed and read all the "how to cheat" tutorials but where I get stuck is that when I tap the little arrow, my menu like this ...
