the demo is functional on my phone why would the full version be not compatible?

When i use the buy option from demo and go to google play it shows the item is not available in your country.
When I try to search in google play directly it shows only the demo emulator. i tried the link from your app description also but that one says its incompatible with my device.

Hi I am from India and i would like to purchase your emulator. I loved using the demo but i would like to save some games.
Currently it says its not available here. Is there any plans to make drastic available to other countries (including india of-course :P )?
