Try the method of re-creating/getting the ingame-save out oif a save-state. Not sure if it works, but it's the only idea I've got currently...

I think he means... Once a game requires Mic-Emulation and once it is actually used, it disables some sounds of the game (not complete sfx). Atleast that's how I understand it...
