I was just curious since all of my in game saves were saved in "Backup" rather than "savestats" as advertised. Not facing any problems or anything ...

Question about save game location
I know know that the in game saves should be in the saves states folder but for some reason the in game saves are in the backups folder. Should this be a problem down the line?

So are save states usually thought to be less consistent/reliable than in game saves? In general, which of the two do you recommend more?
