I restarted my phone, put the latency on high and seems to be running smoothly now. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

And the processor is Krait.

It's an HTC One X. Duel core 1.5 GHZ and 1 GB of RAM. It's ran everything great-no slowdowns, until lately. Not sure what changed.

GTA is very sluggish and the framerate drops low. I haven't had any problems until lately. I have plenty of memory free.. .. It ran perfect the other times. And I've tried changing settings.
