i followed the tutorial but still no cheats on pokemon blaze black 2. cant figure it out at all lol help us please

Hey guys I'm on 2.1.5 and I have followed all the steps but when I open blaze black 2 it still has no cheats in the cheat menu....am I missing something? Do I need an earlier version of the drastic or is 2.1.5 ok?

Any help is appreciated.
