If anyone else has this corruped save problem, do this:
Save the game normally in the game menu, then copy the .dsv file from the backup folder (sdcard/DraStic/backup) on your computer, opet it with Pokemon Generator (I used version 3.1.13), just save it, and copy it again in the backup ...
