i solved the problem :D
after my savegame chrashed after the pokemon league, i searched for a solving of the problem and it solves also the export problem to DeSuME:
load poke generator , load your .dsv and just save it again.
Now you can use your savegame in DeSuME.

I have the same problem. I tried looking at the DeSuME community forums but they are next to non existent on the official site.
