Buying a new mid-range smartphone primarily for DraStic

Hi,guys
So,recently I started a new job and paychecks started coming in,so I realised I should invest part of it into something really close to my heart-emulating games.
I did all the research and the best 'bang for bucks' phone I found (locally, live in Southeastern Europe btw) is the Samsung galaxy j7 2017 edition. It's got :a full hd screen res,5.5 inch screen (5.7 would be ideal but, hell, you gotta compromise on some things) and 3gigs of ram.
Now for the second part of the compromise where I think I'll need your opinion.
It has a: Chipset Exynos 7870 Octa
and CPU Octa-core 1.6 GHz Cortex-A53
Would that be enough to run a purchased DraStic with the hi res textures(no shaders or anything like that, just hightened resolution and nothing more)
I know it would be way more efficient if it had per se,fewer cores but more per core speed and anything but a-5 cortex lol but I just had to ask
Because it's been a good few years since the emulator came out so I was hoping with all the updates it became a bit more universally friendly hardware-wise
Appreciate your time,
Fellow emulator enthusiast
