DraStic only uses ROMs in Downloads Folder

F.Y.I. I'm on a HP Chromebook 14 G5
I'd like to keep my ROMs in a folder separate from my downloads folder, but when I put the .ZIP files in other folders I can't see them in DraStic when I Load New Game. I can see them if I unpack the .NDS files into another folder, but when I load them DraStic crashes to title screen. I can still load the .ZIPs from the downloads folder, I'd just like to be able to move them around if possible.
