PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEEE

So i was about play pokemon black on my phone but i accidentally pressed "continue" instead of load new game. Now my game went back where I last pressed "quick save". What do i do? Please respond. I have to go back at route 3. On my original save(the saved data on the game itself) i had defeated my third gym leader and its so hard to go back

unless you have an ingame save near route 3and hoping it wasnt broken, then sorry.
