Things like "swap screens", I want to reset it. Where is it and what more is stored there?

If you are on the DraStic home menu, then you go to change options>video. Here you will find various options for graphics quality and external display settings.
If you are in a game, then tap/click the bottom middle of your screen, there should be an arrow there. Once you hit it a bunch of options will come up. The bottom right button will switch your screens. You can experiment with the other buttons to see what they do. Tap the bottom middle button (looks like an arrow pointing down), then another list of options will come up. You can either reset the game or quit and reopen the app here.
