All my savestates in poke pltnm and starforce 3 cant load

My pokemon pltnum and mgaman starforce 3 savestates(All) can't load when loding the savestates it doesnt go to the savestate and the rom is getting slower when loading the savestates it needs to exit to restart the game's speed pls help me in this
