Not a chance, well at least for the foreseeable future. It's bloody hard to implement Wifi from what I've heard. And don't come knocking at Desmume's door either - there's an unofficial wifi branch but the guys who are in charge of the project have no plans to support it as well, for the same reasons as Exo's.
Not to mention they're just as jaded with Pokemon lol.
