Had this happen since the last update, along with odd artifacts on some effects like below. I'll test without hi-res and multithread, but it doesn't work on the example. Found another issue with broken fog on Pokemon Black 2, both with/without scaling/multithread. Seems to be affected by height; as you go up in this map and the fog thickens you can see the bars coming down.

Could you reproduce the broken flash effects? Easy to notice on Black 2 battle intro but it also happens on DQ9. Not playing anything else right now so I could only test those.

For the record, so far the only graphical bugs I found was with flash/fade effects, very clear in Black 2 battle intro, but also seen in the last hit flash on DQ9 bosses, and some odd lines during an "diving into clouds" animation on DQ9. Happened only once, making it harder to test on the fly.

Last update solved what's been reported so far. I noticed a graphic bug during a transition in DQ9, I'll try to record it later.

The 16-bit issue is widespread from my tests. --- Tried a few games quickly and found no issues at all, maybe a little shimmering I didn't notice before but I can't be sure without comparing.
